JORDAN Product Warranty

Standard 12-Month Warranty: All JORDAN and Jordan Lifting Club (JLC) products come with a 12-month full commercial warranty, covering any manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, starting from the date of original purchase. For products bought through third-party sellers, please contact the seller directly for warranty claims.

Extended Commercial Warranty:

Certain products come with an extended warranty period:

5-Year Warranty: Includes Premium and IGNITE Urethane Dumbbells, Custom Branded Urethane Dumbbell Sets, Urethane Barbells (Straight & Curl), Custom Branded Urethane Barbells, Classic Urethane Olympic Discs (Individual & Sets), Custom Branded Urethane Disc Sets, and Activ Flooring.

3-Year Warranty: Covers Classic Rubber Dumbbells, Classic Rubber Barbells, JORDAN Hex Urethane Dumbbells, Classic Premium Rubber Olympic Discs (Individual & Sets), and Black Urethane Competition Plates with Coloured Text.

2-Year Warranty: Applicable to Calibrated Coloured Rubber Competition Plates, HG Coloured Rubber Bumper Plates, HG Black Rubber Bumper Plates, and HG Black Rubber Bumper Plates with Coloured Fleck.

Exceptions:

  • Products typically eligible for an extended warranty are limited to a 12-month warranty when sold as Ex-Demo.
  • Upholstery is covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects.

Returns

Under our 14-Day Return Policy, you have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused/unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep all original packaging and pallets until you're certain of your purchase; disposed packaging and pallets can incur a replacement fee.
